Alitia Faccone Joins Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. As New Chief Marketing Officer

WOODBRIDGE, N.J. - Feb. 3, 2015 - PRLog -- Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. (“Wilentz”) is pleased to announce that Alitia Faccone, Esq. has joined the firm as its Chief Marketing Officer.

Earlier this month Ms. Faccone joined the New Jersey based law firm (http://www.wilentz.com/) from the law firm of McCarter & English, LLP, where she served as Director of Marketing. At Wilentz, Ms. Faccone will be responsible for all aspects of business development, marketing and client relations. She will work with firm leaders to develop and execute strategies that enhance and expand the firm’s client base, brand and service model.

As McCarter’s Director of Marketing, Ms. Faccone was instrumental in the implementation of the firm's business development and marketing initiatives. As a former practicing partner of McCarter’s Business and Financial Services Litigation Group, Ms. Faccone focused her complex commercial litigation practice in the area of e-Discovery and all aspects of data preservation, privacy and records retention, both legal and technical. She is an active member of The Sedona Conference Working Group Series 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production and the Senior Editor of its Social Media Primer.

Ms. Faccone is a frequent writer and speaker on topics related to business development, marketing, social media and digital information, including e-Discovery. She is a member of the Metro New York Chapter of the Legal Marketing Association.
