Feb. 5, 2015 - PRLog -- Orly Goldenberg arrived in Australia some years ago to start a new life. After two years her marriage broke up leaving her a single mum earning just $60k a year working as many hours as she could to support her family, even though it was not really enough.

She decided after some research and the right education that she could invest in real estate if she could find just the right property.

It didn’t take her long to find what she was looking for and was able to buy a small low set house in the area she was looking for. Because of her very specific criteria the property was positively cash flowed right from the word go. This allowed her to look for her second property.

With a little creative work on the property she has been able to not only replace her income but actually double it with passive income.

Orly’s first language is not English and  when she got started she literally had to take contracts to bed with her with a dictionary and so she could look up words she did not understand.
