Bucks Family Lawyer Elizabeth J. Fineman to Speak on Stock Compensation in Divorce

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. - Feb. 11, 2015 - PRLog -- Bucks County family law attorney Elizabeth J. Fineman will present “Understanding Stock Compensation in Divorce,” a 1-credit CLE course sponsored by the Bucks County Bar Association. Fineman will be joined by Marianna A. Goldenberg, CDFA of CURO Wealth Management.

The course will present an overview of issues concerning stock compensation in the context of divorce. The program will explain the different types of stock, explore whether stock compensation is relevant in equitable distribution and support matters, and offer suggestions for discovery requests and drafting relevant terms in an agreement.
