Go Direct Acquires Contac Services

TORONTO - Feb. 12, 2015 - PRLog -- Go Direct Supply Chain Solutions Inc. today announces the acquisition of Contac Services Inc. and all related assets of its Onewurld distribution business. Contac Services was operating for over 35 years, providing distribution and marketing fulfillment to various industries throughout North America.

Go Direct, which is owned by Calgary based Norrep Credit Opportunities Fund LP (managed by Crown Capital Partners Inc.), will take over ownership effective immediately without any disruptions or delay to clients.  Go Direct will continue to operate out of their existing facilities in Mississauga and Delta and all current employees will be retained by the new organization.

Mark Lorne, previous EVP of Contac Services has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and will oversee operations going forward.
