Chicago Title National Commercial Services acquires TransAmerican Escrow in Newport Beach, CA

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. - Feb. 12, 2015 - PRLog -- Chicago Title of Southern California Welcomes Kathleen Huntsman as Senior Commercial Escrow Officer

(Newport Beach, CA ) February 11, 2015 – Escrow Officer Kathleen Huntsman joins Chicago Title of Southern California as Senior Commercial Escrow Officer for the National Commercial Services division where she will coordinate closures and oversee the disbursement of funds in commercial real estate transactions. This current position is a result of a recent acquisition of the TransAmerican Escrow Company located in Newport Beach.

Kathleen started her career clerking for a title officer at California Land Title Company while attending Pierce College. She then worked for her family business Escrow Consultants, Inc., working her way up the ranks to escrow officer.

Kathleen has significant experience working with commercial contracts and closing business transactions, ranging from single-asset purchases and sales to billion-dollar acquisitions.
