Toyota of Orlando recieves 2015 Customer Satisfaction Award from DealerRater

ORLANDO, Fla. - Feb. 18, 2015 - PRLog -- Toyota of Orlando has been awarded with the 2015 Customer Satisfaction Award by DealerRater. This award given to only a select number of car dealerships based on customers' reviews posted on DealerRater.

The DealerRater Customer Satisfaction Award is intended to recognize top car dealerships in North America and Canada, according to customers.

To win this prestigious award, recipients must have a minimum of 25 customer reviews on DealerRater for the 2014 calendar year and at least one review per calendar year quarter. The car dealership must also have an average 4.0 stars out of 5.0 stars average rating.

Toyota of Orlando prides itself on customer satisfaction. With 5.0 stars as the highest possible rating on DealerRater, our Toyota dealership has earned a 4.8 star consumer rating. We have an overall “excellent” rating and 96 percent of consumers have recommended us on DealerRater.

Winners of the DealerRater Consumer Satisfaction Award are in the top 10 percent of U.S. franchise dealers based on their PowerScore. This is calculated using the car dealership’s average DealerRater star rating in conjunction with the total number of ratings for the calendar year.
