Well known owners and advisors, such as Clark, will share their practical knowledge and experience on preparing for and successfully executing business succession. Clark will be moderating the panel discussion on Growth and Operational Efficiency. Clark, who earned a B.A. from Goucher College and an M.B.A. from Boston University, is Board director of Wikoff Color; co-chair of Competitiveness through Energy Management, a committee of the Advanced Manufacturing Collaborative; She is a Six Sigma Black Beltand Fellow of the New England Clean Energy Council’s Leading Clean Energy Ventures. In addition to featured speakers, the summit will include panelists and a fireside chat. The highly interactive format will allow business owners and advisors to share personal lessons learned, tips and tricks, and stories regarding the requirements for successful management transition and exit.
