Veda Ferlazzo Clark, Principal of Zedare Consulting to speak at Exit Planning Exchange (XPX) Summit

WALTHAM, Mass. - Feb. 20, 2015 - PRLog -- The Exit Planning Exchange (XPX) Boston announces that Veda Ferlazzo Clark, Principal of Zedare Consulting will be a moderator and speaker at the XPX Boston annual Summit on March 19^th, 2015 at The Conference Center at Waltham Woods.

“The Progression of Succession” is the theme of the 2015 Summit. Well known owners and advisors, such as Clark, will share their practical knowledge and experience on preparing for and successfully executing business succession. Clark will be moderating the panel discussion on Growth and Operational Efficiency.  Other topics at this year’s Summit include growth capital, ESOP’s, internal ownership transition, management and leadership succession and sale. The Summit will run from 8:00 AM-4:00 PM with a reception afterwards.

As principal of Zedare Consulting, Clark works with mid-sized companies on a consulting basis to develop and implement strategic or operational plans, improve productivity, effect sustainability initiatives and/or define management development needs.

Clark, who earned a B.A. from Goucher College and an M.B.A. from Boston University, is Board director of Wikoff Color; co-chair of Competitiveness through Energy Management, a committee of the Advanced Manufacturing Collaborative; and an executive committee member of the Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation.

She is a Six Sigma Black Beltand Fellow of the New England Clean Energy Council’s Leading Clean Energy Ventures.

In addition to featured speakers, the summit will include panelists and a fireside chat.  The highly interactive format will allow business owners and advisors to share personal lessons learned, tips and tricks, and stories regarding the requirements for successful management transition and exit.
