When Brandie was 18, her mother committed suicide. This interview is a continuation in my series of talking with Americans (not in the medical profession) about how they feel about issues from illness through bereavement.

AUSTIN, Texas - March 10, 2015 - PRLog -- Don't let looks fool you. We never know what people are actually going through internally, do we?

When I met Brandie Bradley, what I saw was a very young, beautiful, happy woman referred to me from my last guest in this series of interviewing people who are not part of the medical system. I didn't pre-interview her. I want these interviews to be spontaneous. I was unprepared for her story as few of us have experienced someone we love dying through suicide. I was stunned further by her wisdom.

A native of Louisiana, Brandie Bradley presently lives in Austin Texas and is a mother of 2 boys, 5 and 2. Just 22, her journey regarding handling the death of her mother is amazing. She loves music and says,"its my favorite thing in the whole world!" When she's not working or at the park with her kids, she's enjoying Austin's live music scene. She is the second person I've interviewed in my series of normal Americans (who have nothing to do with healthcare) sharing about their experiences with death and dying.

Brandie is one of those wise old souls. There is a depth to her I noticed right away. You will too.
