The digital communication system

Rentokil Initial France sends out regular information to its employees via 40 inch displays running on AOPEN Digital Engine DE7000 signage players that are connected on a wider network to abide by their code of conduct. The systems are located throughout 29 sites in break rooms. The content of the systems is partially managed by national headquarters and partially by the local officers in the factories for local freedom.

Part of it is standardized by headquarters, so that employees within the group get access to the same standardized information. It is mostly meant for those workers that do not have direct access to the company’s intranet. The digital installation, gives the company great flexibility to reach this wider group of people in an effective and easy way.
