He began his career in Communications product development and has held product development and general management executive positions at: Bell Labs where he was VP R&D responsible for one of the largest and most successful software projects in Bell Labs history; Telcordia/Ericsson where he was Corporate VP of Network Architecture and Requirements; Later in his career he stepped over into the Management Consulting and Services industry and held executive positions in delivery, business development and general management at IBM, KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint, TCS, and most recently GlobalLogic from 2010 to 2014 where he was GM of the Communications, Healthcare, Hi-Tech & Automotive Industries and ran an $80M+ portfolio of outsourced IT & Product Development Services. Rich has degrees in Engineering and Computer Science from Rutgers and Newark College of Engineering.
