Teen Embraces STEM, Develops Mobile Game App, Debuts Character Brand at Licensing Expo

PHOENIX - March 5, 2015 - PRLog -- The recent trend for digital and mobile gaming to leverage licensing continues as character brand Stellar Alien, created by now 16-year-old Maximillian Polhill of Xavier Games, arrives at Licensing Expo 2015 in Las Vegas, NV, June 9-11 at Booth V193.  Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) related subjects played a big role in helping the teen create and launch his digital brand.  The budding entrepreneur and self-taught developer studied several computer programming languages but primarily used JavaScript to create the game.  He also studied Vector Math, Trigonometry, Geometry, Cosmology and some Physics since the age of 13 to create his physics-based game app.

    Polhill created the Stellar Alien brand’s entire collection of outer space-inspired characters.  The signature character, Starbli, is a brave, smart and dynamic alien underdog and an intergalactic star protector.  The collection also includes Starbli’s friend, Roxas, a girl geek alien and his alien nemeses Rosso and the Periculum Minions.  Polhill programmed thousands of lines of code from his one-man home studio to promote the character properties and let fans join them on quests throughout the cosmos.

    “I’m really excited about attending the Licensing Expo.  I’m on a mission to share the Stellar Alien experience earth-wide with new licensing partners,” says Maximillian Polhill, creator of the Stellar Alien brand and mobile game app.   Polhill already has an international vision for the Stellar Alien character brand with plans to make the mobile app available with Spanish, Italian, Russian, German, Japanese and Chinese translations in 2015.

    The recently re-launched Stellar Alien mobile game app is available as a free download now on GooglePlay (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.xavier....) .  In addition, Polhill is currently programming a sequel mobile game app, Stellar Combat, to further promote the Stellar Alien character brand.  The new multi-player mobile app game launches August 2015.
