Daniel Hernandez Couturier Introduces First Red Carpet CollectionDH Studios Inc. An International Award Winning Fashion Brand, Introduces its first Red Carpet Collection 2016, during Fashion Week Las Vegas Season 6,
By: DH Studios Inc. Back in September, IMG's Catherine Bennett confirmed the plans to relocate New York Fashion Week. Shortly after, news of Mercedes-Benz leaving NYFW as a title sponsor hit the media. The Fall 2015 Season will be bittersweet for those who have eagerly supported the semi-annual showcase, but as Alexander Graham Bell once said, "when one door closes, another opens." 2,500 miles away in the desert of the Nevada exists a runway event similar in caliber that's about to open the doors to its sixth successful season - Fashion Week Las Vegas. One could jump to conclusions to say FWLV fell into the shadows of the NYFW/MBFW powerhouse but the reality can be found in Vegas's infamous slogan: "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas." Founded by Milka Von Rhedey in 2010, FWLV has grown tremendously since and has finally hit mainstream media in the last year thanks to Boston Fashion Designer Daniel Hernandez. Approached by Von Rhedey just one year ago, Hernandez took a leap of faith and brought his collections for DH Studios Inc. over to the heart of Las Vegas. No stranger to the runway, Hernandez has presented during both Boston and New York Fashion Week for many years and wasn't sure what to expect of this newcomer. After two successful seasons Hernandez is getting ready to host and headline Fashion Week Las Vegas - Season 6. Best known for hauntingly beautiful designs that won international acclaim, DH Studios Inc. is taking a step away from avant-garde in favor of "red carpet" and ready-to-wear. Accessorized with belts from KeepYourPantsOn.com, Hernandez will present his RTW collection on Tuesday Feb 17th. While an exclusive first look at the new Red Carpet collection will take place on Thursday Feb 19th, "The inspiration to create a red carpet collection comes from our customer," said Hernandez. "As a designer, I want to offer my customers a complete lifestyle and today's woman plays a variety of roles: She is career-driven, working long hours in the office. She is family-oriented, taking her dog for a walk or playing with her children. She is attending premier events and charity galas to raise money and awareness for she believes in. Redirecting our focus as lifestyle brand will help us help her get for her next adventure. The Red Carpet Collection was the missing link and is an ideal name that implies success wrapped in richness, luxury, and couture."
