Brotha Magazine collaborates with BWNY Magazine, highlighting African American Progress

BUFFALO, N.Y. - March 16, 2015 - PRLog -- In 2014 Brotha Magazine introduced its special print edition during the Gospel Blue MIC Awards. Now in 2015 it is beginning a new venture with BWNY (Black Western New York) Magazine, officially joining Brotha to print each month beginning in April 2015.

Each month both entities will release their respective magazines in one flip-style publication: one side BWNY, the other Brotha.   “I am very excited and humbled at the opportunity to collaborate with Will Jones and BWNY Magazine for this unique experience to expand Black Media to all,” says Charles Clark, Editor-In-Chief of Brotha Magazine whose mission is to reach African American males committed to a Christian lifestyle.

Will Jones, Publisher of BWNY, shares Clark’s sentiment. “My goal from the beginning was to help build and support minority media and Weston New York, this is another step in that process. I believe that only by working together we will be truly successful as a people.”

BWNY provides up-building, positive reporting on community-centric content. It’s mission is to tell the story of the people and places that make WNY a great place to live from a minority perspective, and help provide a positive voice for the community. Now in collaboration with Brotha Magazine it will expand its reach regionally and nationally.

Outside of the monthly print issue, Brotha Magazine will continue Brothaonline.com’s bi-monthly schedule. Further adding to the value of the print edition is that it will contain content that will only be find in print. Those you would like to receive this pub outside of Western New York.
