Bucks Family Lawyer Adam Tanker to Present Equitable Distribution CLE

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. - March 24, 2015 - PRLog -- Bucks County family law attorney Adam Tanker will present “Case Law Updates Regarding Equitable Distribution,” a 9-credit CLE course that will be presented as part of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Family Law Institute 2015.

The course will present an overview of the latest practical information and practice hints in family law. The program will explain how to secure financial settlements such as disclosure, voluntary, security, enforcement, and counsel fees and how to draft marital settlement agreements which include children, property and tax planning.
