Your Home Companion and the Free Community Health Fair

CHESTERTOWN, Md. - March 26, 2015 - PRLog -- On Thursday, April 2, 1015, Your Home Companion will be at the Homeports, Free Community Health Fair, as an exhibitor.

The fair will be held at the Kent County Middle School, 402 E Campus Avenue, Chestertown, MD from 8:00am until 1:00pm.

There will be free health screenings to assess your personal health and potential health risks.  Local experts will be giving talks on such subjects as:

1. Diabetes:  Latest research and medications.

2.  Degenerative Arthritis:  Pain management options and treatments.

3.  Medication Safety for the Elderly.

4.  Alzheimer's Disease:  Normal memory loss vs Dementia and diagnosis and treatment options.

For a fee, Homeports is offering a Workshop titled "Your Plan for Living the Good Life" from 9:30 - 11:30.

Your Home Companion will be one of over 60 exhibitors, that are either non-profit organizations and local businesses.
