Ready Seal stain and sealer is sold in 1 gallon pails as well as 5 gallon pail sizes. Single gallon coverage rate is approximately 150 square feet. NAPWO recommends that all wood be cleaned and properly prepped before sealing. The staff at NAPWO can help explain the cleaning and sealing process in detail. Wood should be dry for at least 48 consecutive hours and moisture content should be under 12%. Moisture meters are available for purchase.

Ready Seal can be applied with a roller, flat pad, brush or sprayer. It is a semi-transparent stain that penetrates into the wood. This is not a coating like a paint. Each time  Ready Seal is applied, the color tone becomes more rich and beautiful. Ready Seal is easy to maintain requiring a light cleaning to open the pores of the wood to accept an additional application.
