Follow on Google News | Responsive Web Design Course To Be Offered by California CollegeCommunity Business College is starting a new course to provide instruction in Responsive Web Design to help meet the increasing challenges of Internet over diverse devices.
Today's new web design technologies demand the building of sites that are attractive, intuitive, inviting, and efficiently accessible when viewed in every possible configuration of devices and environments. This can be quite a challenge when dealing with devices that range from 4 inch smartphone screens to 80-inch high performance LED screens. In this specialized web design course, students learn to design and build fully responsive websites optimized for smartphones, tablets, and laptop/desktop viewing environments. According to Dan Guerra, the director of Community Business College, said, “the advantages to adding a specialty class in responsive web design to the college’s catalog is it will provide our students with a head start into a trend that will continue to grow with the Internet’s changing architecture and methods of accessing online content.” The first two classes will start April 15th and May 13th. Additional class starts will begin monthly after these two dates. The introductory price of $89 for this instructor-led, online class is designed to help new students break into the field by being affordable and engaging. The classes are highly interactive and designed so that both full-time and part-time students can take them.
