VPI Introduces the Mini DVI Extender

AURORA, Ohio - April 3, 2015 - PRLog -- Aurora, OH: Video Products Inc (VPI) today announced the addition of the Mini DVI Extender to its popular line of video extenders. The DVI Extender transmits digital video signals up to 100 feet using a single CAT5/6/7 cable with no power supply necessary.

Each ST-C5DVI-MINI consists of two interchangeable units that can be connected to a single link digital DVI source and a DVI display. The extender supports HDTV resolutions to 1080p and computer resolutions to 1920x1200 (WUXGA). Extend a single link digital DVI signal up to 100 feet with a single CAT5/6/7 cable, no power supply necessary for the local or remote unit.

Interchangeable local and remote units with dimensions of 1.97x1.57x0.79 inches (50x40x20 mm) provide a compact solution for extending a DVI display.
