Earthwater Enters the Cage to Fight to the Finish

Pena is scheduled to return to the UFC Octagon www.ufc.com on April 4, 2015 in Fairfax, Virginia, where she will put her Bantamweight Championship on the line against Milena Dudieva.

Julianna Pena Biography

Julianna Pena started her Professional MMA career in 2009 and put together four consecutive wins. In 2013 she was awarded a chance to be a part of “The Ultimate Fighter” reality TV show, for their very first season featuring females. The coaches for each team were Rounda Rousey and Meisha Tate.  In an elimination bout to get into the house, Julianna dominated her opponent for a decision victory.  Once in the house she was selected to fight the experienced and highly favored Shayna Bazler. However, Pena was not intimidated and once again controlled her opponent and finished that bout via rear naked choke.  This was considered to be the biggest underdog victory of the season. She then went on to win her remaining fights and become the Winner of TUF9 earning a multi-fight contract with the UFC.
