Earth Day Celebration at Cutie Patuties in Leominster features seed planting, crafts, and more

LEOMINSTER, Mass. - April 7, 2015 - PRLog -- Leominster, MA – April 7, 2015 – Earth Day inspired arts & crafts, seed planting, and face-painting are just some of the fun activities planned for the 2nd annual Earth Day Celebration at Cutie Patuties in Leominster. This free event will feature tons of fun activities all focused on taking care of our Earth.  Kids will plant seedlings to take home, participate in recycling races, paint Earth Day pictures on the store windows, and more!

“Recycling isn’t just for paper, plastic and cardboard.  Consignment stores are a way to recycle clothing and items no longer used in your home. “ said Cassandra Abramson, founder of Cutie Patuties children’s consignment store, “Giving kids the opportunity to learn more about recycling and about being kinder to the earth fits perfectly with what we are all about.”

The 2^nd annual Earth Day Celebration will take place on Saturday, April 25^th from 2:00-4:00pm in front of the Cutie Patuties Kids Consignment store in the Johnny Appleseed Plaza at 1021 Central Street, Leominster, MA. The event is free for kids and all families are invited.
