Our mission is realized through our core program initiatives: ABOUT DIANA LYNCH, ESQ. Diana Lynch was a former Federal Law Clerk and Justice Advocate General in the United States Navy; she began her legal career as a staff attorney with the South Carolina Court of Appeals. After clerking as a federal law clerk at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, she worked as an attorney in the Litigation and Family Law section of the notable firm of Alembik, Fine & Callner, P.C. where she assisted in putting together the case law that would later become the Georgia Domestic Case Finder. However, it was her experience in working over a decade in the sports and entertainment industry representing independent labels, producers, artists, musicians, actors and athletes that garnered her an edge in representing high-end entertainment and sports figures. Having been involved in the music industry for many years, in 1994, Ms. Lynch went into private practice where she represented several corporate and private Clients in the area of entertainment, family and corporate law. Combining her knowledge of business and entertainment law with her expertise in family law, Attorney Lynch began to represent high-end entertainment and sports clients in the areas of family law and business creation and development. Over a decade and countless high-wage earners later, Diana Lynch has developed an impeccable reputation of providing complex and creative solutions to high wage earners from all areas of business, civil litigation, entertainment and sports. In fact, Diana Lynch boasts an impressive list of entertainment and sports clients. As the principal of a premiere entertainment and sports family law boutique firm, Diana Lynch has argued and won many cases from both sides of the aisle.
