New Partner Joins Sunera's Atlanta Office

ATLANTA - April 15, 2015 - PRLog -- Sunera is pleased to announce that Rob Goldberg has joined the firm to lead its Atlanta office. Rob will oversee the growth of the Atlanta practice and will strengthen its leadership in the internal audit and information technology spaces.

Rob has over 20 years experience in the information technology and security consulting industry. Prior to joining Sunera, he was the Vice President of Global Internal Audit services at Walmart, leading the international audit function with a focus on technology, eCommerce, and data analytics.

Managing Partner Peter Armstrong said, "We’re excited to have Rob join our firm since his reputation as a leader in the areas of IT audit and security is well known.  With his return to Atlanta to head up our practice, we anticipate explosive growth in that region."

From 2004 to 2009, Rob managed information security engagements while in different roles at KPMG. First he provided information security services in the Southeast US as a Senior Manager. He then moved to Sydney, Australia, where he continued to provide audit and consulting services to KPMG clients across Asia Pacific. He became a Partner in 2006, leading the information security and business continuity practice for the Asia Pacific region.

Rob received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida.
