Singer Steven Ybarra Teams With Alliance for Hope at CD Release and Video Premier Party

SAN DIEGO - April 20, 2015 - PRLog -- SAN DIEGO, CA – Singer/songwriter, Steven Ybarra’s latest CD, What I Really Want To Say, will be releasing April 28^th under the Pacific Records label and available for download on iTunes. The CD Release and Video Premier Party will be held at San Diego’s Valley View Casino Center, in the Stella Artois Lounge on May 1^st, 2015 at 7 pm, open to the public.

Ybarra’s passion for helping the homeless and victims of abuse joined forces with the non-profit, Alliance for HOPE International to help raise money and awareness at the event. This organization and its allied Centers have served more than 150,000 survivors of domestic violence and their children each year in the United States.

What I Really Want to Say, really does have a lot to say. Recorded at Nashville’s famed Castle Recording Studios--it’s infused with notes, undertones and back-up vocals from some of the industry’s finest professionals who’ve recorded with the likes of Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood, Blake Shelton, LeAnn Rimes, and Josh Turner. The CD’s 10 pop/modern country songs speak volumes of diversity--love, romance, faith, struggle, and standing strong amidst the hurricanes of life. The just-released single ‘Stand’ has already been picked up by multiple radio stations, and is featured in Ybarra’s newest music video, premiering at the party. The song ‘Sum of Two Hearts’ (co-written with Diane Waters) adds the cherry on top by winning the 2015 Durango Songwriter’s Expo in the country category.
