Dermatology Associates of Oklahoma Announces Agreement to Provide Care to Cherokee Elder Care

MUSKOGEE, Okla. - April 21, 2015 - PRLog -- Dermatology Associates of Oklahoma (DAO) is pleased to announce that they have entered into an agreement with the Cherokee Nation Comprehensive Care Agency to provide dermatology care to Cherokee Elder Care.  The agreement enables Cherokee Elder Care participants to receive care from Dermatology Associates of Oklahoma in:

MUSKOGEE at 3111 Azalea Park Drive, in the University Heights Center between Route 69 and the West Shawnee Bypass

TAHLEQUAH at 1201 East Ross Bypass in the Bypass Clinic between South Cedar Place and South Harrison Avenue/Ransten Drive

TULSA at 6717 South Yale Avenue, in the Oak Cliff Terrace Office Building between East 67th Street and East 68th Street

Prior to this agreement, Cherokee Elder Care participants had limited if any access to quality dermatology care.

"When we were approached by the Cherokee Nation Comprehensive Care Agency," said Robert E. Nevin, "we immediately agreed to provide care to their members."

In addition to Cherokee Elder Care participants, Dermatology Associates of Oklahoma welcome new patients and appointments can be scheduled by calling (918) 932-1186. The clinic accepts most commercial insurance plans including AETNA, COVENTRY and FIRST HEALTH in addition to Medicare, Medicaid and SoonerCare.
