RTF has fully equipped manufacturing facilities which are  located in Kolkata and Raipur in eastern India. With factories occuping 175000 Sq. Ft. of a fully  constructed area with more than 320000 Sq. Ft. of a Lush Green Campus, these facilities are backed up by surplus power and water sources.  RTF’s manufacturing Infrastructure consists of the following:

Extrusion lines
Equipped with the state of the art Extrusion Lines from JP Industries and Lohia Starlinger, there is a total raffia extrusion capacity of 1800 kg per hour. These extruders are capable of producing high tenacity tapes with homogenous composition and low variation which are subsequently used in the FIBC bags.

Weaving Section
RTF’s battery of various  circular looms consist of 4 Shuttle to 8 Shuttle and are capable of weaving the fabric from 14” Tubular to 82” Tubular or 164” Lay Flat fabric. These mighty machines can weave from 7 X 7 Mesh to 18 X 18 Mesh.

FIBC Manufacturing
The F.I.B.C Manufacturing Unit at Kolkata manufactures circular as well as U+2 panel bags. With a varied  range of GSM for the fabric that spans  from 130 to 250 GSM, the company is capable of manufacturing “Q-Bags” or “Baffle Bags”, Single Loop and Two Loop Bags, Four Loop and Tunnel Lift  Builders bags, Garden Waste Bags,  Ground Covers, Box Bags and various other specialty FIBCs  in addition to Woven Polypropylene Products.

ILiner Extrusion Section
Liner Plant is having installed capacity of 300MT/Month. Operating width from 4” to 122”. Our liner unit comprises of 14 extruders with ancillary cutting, sealing and printing facilities. We can print up to 6 color on rotogravure as well as flexographic machinery

In addition to the above the presence of the various lamination coating plant section, printing section, cutting section, weaving section, stitching section, webbing section and quality assurance system all go on to function  in a very cohesive structure  that results in the production of very high grade FIBC Bags.
