These factories in the two cities accounts for 175,000 sq.ft. of area and more than 320,000 sq.ft. of lush green campus. Royal Touch Fablon claims of a total Extrusion capacity of 1800 kg each hour that is equipped with modern extrusion lines. It is capable of producing high tenacity tapes with low variation and homogenous composition. The weaving section comprises of different circular looms from four to eight shuttle. The machines that they have are capable of weaving 7 x 7 to 18 x 18 mesh.
