Padilla and Sabovich each have more than a decade of experience in complex environmental and general litigation matters, including mass tort and resource damages litigation in the United States and abroad, CERCLA cost recovery litigation, Proposition 65 litigation and NEPA/CEQA litigation.

Throughout her career, Bick has combined her knowledge and passion in environmental science with her legal prowess to provide clients with well-respected and sought-after legal counsel in compliance with complex environmental regulations and strategic representation in Superfund sites and corporate transactions. Bick has focused exclusively on environmental law since 1990, following her earlier career as an environmental engineer in the aerospace industry. Bick holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental earth sciences, a master’s degree in civil engineering and a juris doctor, all from Stanford University, where she graduated with distinction.
