Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County Presents 27th Annual ArtsQuestAnnual Festival Brings Art, Music, Prizes, and Fun to Sandestin’s Grand Boulevard Over Mother’s Day Weekend.
By: Garrett Realty Services, Inc. ArtsQuest is produced by the Cultural Arts Alliance (CAA) of Walton County and hosted by Visit South Walton and Grand Boulevard at Sandestin. Artwork by featured artist Amanda Bennett inspired the French circus theme with traveling entertainment, jugglers and stilt walkers. Live musical performances will take place throughout the weekend on the Grand Park Main Stage. Local talent such as 30A Dancewave, the Emerald Coast Theatre Company, The REP, 30A Ballet and the Ohana Institute will perform in ArtsQuest’s “ImagiNation” The CAA along with Food for Thought Outreach will display the Full Plate Project. Plates that are painted by children and adults in the community will be sold with proceeds funding arts in education and food for children in need. Live art demonstrations, a CAA Member exhibit featuring over 50 artists and the new “Gallery Lane,” showcasing a select number of regional galleries, will be presented throughout the weekend. The Gourmet Galley will serve appetizers and snacks from some of South Walton’s popular food trucks. Alcoholic beverages and bottled water will be for sale at the Bacardi Beach Bar in Grand Park as well as non-alcoholic beverages in ImagiNation throughout the weekend. Restaurants residing in Grand Boulevard such as Cantina Laredo, Fleming’s Steak House, P.F Chang’s China Bistro, Wine World and many more will be open and convenient to all festival attendees. ArtsQuest Fine Arts & Music Festival will be held at Grand Boulevard in Sandestin and is convenient to the beaches of South Walton from Seaside to Seagrove Beach.
