DTI Appoints Edward Jordan Director of Operations

Jordan will be based in Atlanta.

Jordan will oversee Managed Services and OnDemand client transitions, management of facilities, client projects and operating expenses. Jordan brings extensive knowledge of the talent market in the Atlanta area to his new role. His industry experience includes over 12 years in operations, customer service and account management at several leading legal process outsourcing (LPO) providers.
