Halff Associates Announces Central Texas Promotions

AUSTIN, Texas - May 14, 2015 - PRLog -- Halff Associates, Inc. (Halff), one of the nation’s leading engineering/architecture consulting firms, announces the promotions of Michael Moya, PE, CFM, and Todd Jackson, PE.

Moya, who previously served as the branch manager of Halff’s Austin office, has assumed the role of regional manager over Halff’s central Texas offices, overseeing communication, business development, strategic pursuits, growth initiatives, and key hires. He is also the firm-wide water resources practice leader and serves on Halff’s board of directors.  Moya has been with Halff for 30 years.  He currently serves as the American Council of Engineering Companies Central Texas President, the Texas Society of Professional Engineers Travis Chapter Professional Engineers in Private Practice (PEPP) Committee Chair, and a Real Estate Council of Austin Policy Committee member.  Moya is an active member of his community, volunteering with various organizations including the Round Rock ISD STEM Advisory Council, Round Rock Chamber Business Advocacy Committee, and the Livestrong Foundation.  He is a 2013 graduate of the Round Rock Chamber Leadership Class.

Jackson has assumed the role of branch manager of Halff’s Austin office. He has been the Georgetown office’s branch manager for the past four years and will continue in that role, as well.  Jackson is also a Williamson County ESD#4 Commissioner, Georgetown Chamber of Commerce Board Member, American Council of Engineering Companies Central Texas Governmental Affairs liaison committee member, and Meals on Wheels volunteer.
