Dr Scott Suter Becomes Top Dentist 2015 in Orthodontic category in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - May 14, 2015 - PRLog -- Thank you to my fellow colleagues for voting me as Top Dentist in the Orthodontist category in the Colorado Springs Style magazine.

Below are the requirements from the Colorado Springs Style magazine explaining how they come to the results.

HOW THE LIST WAS CREATED Who was surveyed?
All active and licensed Colorado Springs dentists were eligible to participate.
What instructions were they given in order to complete the survey?
Voting was held online from February 25 through March 11, 2015. Dentists who visited the site were instructed to vote by entering up to three names under general family dentistry and one each in all remaining categories. Those nominated reflect the doctors they would refer a friend or family member to should need arise.
Did specialists vote solely on their own specialty, and vice-versa for general dentists?
No, all dentists could vote across the board.
Could a dentist vote for her or himself?
Technically, yes, but most dentists only recommended their colleagues.
Are the dentists listed in any particular order?
The dentists are listed by specialty, in alphabetical order, as specified by the American Dental Association.
How was the number of dentists decided upon?
The top six percent of the total number of dentists in each category were selected. Increases occurred with ties, and a decrease where a total of less than six percent were nominated.
Were respondents allowed to  make comments?
This is a straight listing. No comments were allowed to influence the final list.
How is this an objective listing?
Dentistry is a branch of medicine that relies heavily on dentists referring to one another. Their insight is a very effective method of determining who is well respected in their field.
Can doctors pay to be on The List?
No compensation of any kind from dentists is accepted in return for being included in The List, nor are dentists paid for their participation in the survey." - Colorado Springs Style
