Lombardi Aguilar Group partner serves on Organizing Committee of Henri Capitant Association

PANAMA CITY - May 17, 2015 - PRLog -- From May 18^th until May 23^rd , Lombardi Aguilar Group (www.laglex.com) partner Dr. Jorge Lombrdi will be moderating a panel at the Henri Capitant French International law association, to take place in Panama city, Panama. Lombardi will moderate a panel discussing The third parties liabilities in the breach of contracts.

Mr. Grimaldi was also Dr. Lombardi’s Ph. D. thesis director in Paris, France. Another special mention is Professor Denis Mazeaud, actual president of the association and coincidentally one of Dr. Lombardi’s jurors in the aforementioned thesis in Paris.

The Association organizes the annual Journées, or annual Congress, to preserve and  strengthen the special relationships that exist between all those who belong to the same legal heritage:  the civil law.  At these Journées held in a variety of countries, and which bring together well over 200 lawyers and legal scholars, various topics on issues of law are studied under the form of national reports followed by debates.  The national reports and summaries of the debates are then published in a book form  [les Travaux de l'Association Henri Capitant] and online in their law review (www.henricapitantlawreview.fr).

Dr. Lombardi, is a graduate of Universidad Santa Maria la Antigua (LLB) and University of Paris (3eme cycle, 1997, Docteur de l’université de Paris, 2000). He has 15 years of experience in Civil Law and litigation on behalf of local, European and U.S. companies doing business in Latin America.  Dr. Lombardi also serves as Secretary of the German-Panamanian Chamber of Commerce (AHK Panama) and has served in the board of the local Alliance Francaise, .
