Follow on Google News | Can Full of Analog Party Games Plants A Tree For Every Can SoldSara Bareilles promotes Game Night In A Can on Twitter. GNIAC launched on Kickstarter this week, with a spinner underneath the lid, and a stack of unique games inside that rival Cards Against Humanity and Hollywood Game Night.
https://www.kickstarter.com/ The traditional game night is broken, and Game Night In A Can is here to fix it. How is it broken? -Most Party Games are exactly the same every time you play them. -Most Party Games want you to get the correct answer, leaving no room for creativity. -If you want variety, that means you need an entire closet just for board games. Two long-time game hosts from Los Angeles, Barry McLaughlin and Jason Lautenschleger, have solved these problems and many more with Game Night In A Can. It's a metal can filled with 30 original games that you spread out on the table. You flick the spinner to see who chooses the next game, they pick a random card, and then host that game, choosing from Creative Contests, Team Challenges, and Games of Skill. Playing 6-8 games a night, there are over 2 million variations of game nights to be played. Many subjective games are inside the can, allowing for ultimate creativity. You could create a new animal, compose a new national anthem for Bolivia, or make a creepy portrait with the eyes cut out. In these creative games, the host is also the judge. The best part of all? Game Night In A Can plants a tree for every can sold, in a partnership with Trees for the Future. www.gamenightinacan.com For more information or to setup an interview, email fun@gamenightinacan.com or calll Barry & Jason at 323-844-2267 End
