Bob Williams returns with "Upfront and Outspoken"

COWLINGTON, Okla. - June 12, 2015 - PRLog -- After a recent heart attack took Bob Williams off the air for over a month, the doctors have given him the green light to return and do what he does best, take names and kick some butt

"I want to thank everyone who has supported me and my wife over this period of time," Bob remarked in a recent interview. "My recent medical situation has forced some changes in my life, but my return to the mic is something I am waiting for."

Asked when "Upfront and Outspoken" will return, he said "Simple, Monday June 29th, 2015. The program is getting a complete make-over in that instead of a daily program it will be a 2 hour weekly segment heard on the Star Com Radio Network, plus we are already in negotiations to have the program heard both internationally and on some great full power stations across the country. I have to thank the guys at Star Com Media and LaZer Productions for that aspect. These guys have been a blessing to work with. This is an exciting period of time for me because, as a free agent, I have total control as to the content without a suit looking over my shoulder."

Asked about the new show, he replied, "It will still retain much of the old flavor, but this time it will be more in-you-face journalism. I don't intend to sugar coat anything because if it is news, it affects all of us and 'Upfront and Outspoken' intends to be America's watchdog. I still intend to have independent artists on the program, but when a major issue or story breaks, I will gather a panel of experts in the field plus others who are knowledgeable in cause and effect. Simply put, if it happens in Iran, how does it affect Americans. '

'I also want to note, that we will cover everything relevent to the average blue collar American. If it's dirty politics or a dirty politican, we will expose that. If it deals with some radical organization, you'll know how it came to be and how we need to eradicate it. Even if it has to deal with our own government shortcomings and what deals go on behind the scenes, you'll know that as well. Nothing is sacred."

Bob goes on to say, "We need to return to the very basics of journalism, that's what Upfront and Outspoken will do. We want America to wake-up and put aside the worthless media reporting of today. We need a revival of true journalism and I intend to be that spark that ignites a firestorm. If you want spoon fed, sugar coated news, go to mainstream.
