By: Giulietta the Muse Leading “Wild Creative Spirit Retreat: A Pause from the Harried Life” is writer, painter and ‘downtime activist’ Giulietta “Julie” Nardone. Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Lisa Campbell will offer a meditation segment that cultivates awareness of the present moment. Nardone has been offering creativity programs since 2004; Campbell has been meditating for 20 years. Nardone will offer participants an opportunity to slow down and dabble in a small palette of creative activities in a low-stress, nurturing environment. A healthy lunch will be provided as well as opportunities to meander along the walking trail that runs behind the art center. The relaxing and replenishing retreat will be limited to 10 participants.
