Wayman Aviation Opens 2nd Location in SFL to Meet Pilot Demand

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. - June 30, 2015 - PRLog -- On Jun 15th Francis, a Junior at Chaminade-Madonna High School, became the first Wayman student to fly out of it's new Hollywood North Perry Airport (KHWO) location. His flight instructor ( CFI ) Sheik Amir says, "North Perry is an excellent training field for students. It has double parallel runways which are great for shifting winds and the Air Traffic Controllers (ATC) are friendly for aspiring pilots."

This will be Wayman's second location after operating at Miami Opa Locka Executive Airport for 28 years. Its opening this month will double the schools capacity for student pilots. A new 11,000 sqft hangar will increase the size and variety of planes for maintenance and aircraft export. A satellite pilot shop will bring the world renown variety of Wayman Pilot Supplies to North Perry Airport

If you want to see the facilities it is currently open Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm. We will be hosting an open house on the 4th of July to view North Perry's aerial fireworks dsiplay. Bring a blanket or a lawn chair and join us for a BBQ/Potluck. There will be a bounce house for the kids.
