LandQwest Property Management Welcomes Laura Juteau

FORT MYERS, Fla. - July 1, 2015 - PRLog -- Tampa, Fla. (June 30, 2015) – LandQwest Commercial and LandQwest Property Management proudly welcome Laura Juteau to their Tampa & Orlando divisions as Property Manager & Business Development.  She brings over twenty years of combined experience in commercial, multi-family and residential property management. Laura most recently developed a property management division for NAI Tri Cities in Washington state.  She was directly responsible for building the company’s portfolio to over 1 million square feet of managed space in addition to a growing residential portfolio of over 400 units within a short amount of time.

Prior to that, she worked with a large company and several investors in the Northeast markets, overseeing a portfolio of 2,200 units and served on several boards within the real estate and property management industry. Her specialties include landlord representation, lease administration, multifamily, operations, project management, property management, facilities management & tenant representation.  She plans on remaining active in local organizations, such as BOMA, IREM and National Association of Realtors & Chamber of Commerce.

Mrs. Juteau is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Washington and is actively pursuing her Florida Brokers license.  She is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Tampa Bay Building Owners & Managers Association, Orlando Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), ARM, CPM Candidate and a member of National Association of Realtors.
