Celebrate BBQ and Beer at SKY Restaurant

NORWOOD, Mass. - July 2, 2015 - PRLog -- WHAT:          On Thursday, July 16^th, 2015, SKY in Norwood, MA is hosting a BBQ Beer Dinner in celebration of grilling season! Inspired by summer favorites, Chef Andy DiPace’s multi-course beer dinner represents the tastes of the season all perfectly paired with an ice cold beer from North Coast Brewing Company.

The festivities will begin at 6:30PM when guests step out on SKY’s outdoor patio where they’ll enjoy their first two beers, Le Meria, a Belgian Style Farmhouse Ale and Red Seal Ale, paired with Bacon Mango Wrapped Shrimp and House Made Duck Sausage, right off the grill. For the main event, guests will move inside where they’ll enjoy the Old Stock Ale and Pranqster, a Belgian Style Golden Ale, while feasting on Cherry Wood Smoked Brisket, Chamomile Honey Glazed Ribs, Braised Pork Belly Mac and Cheese and a salad served buffet style. To end the evening with a sweet treat, the final two beers, Brother Thelonious, a Belgian Style Abbey Ale and Old Rasputin, a Russian Imperial stout will be matched with dueling desserts!
