TBX Group Acquires Flexyber Solutions Developer of Magnum Flight Systems

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - July 14, 2015 - PRLog -- TBX Group (http://www.thetbxgroup.com) is proud to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Flexyber Solutions, the developer of Magnum Flight Systems; a one-stop web-based aviation management system for the general aviation industry.

This acquisition will add the aviation industry to the company’s profile which already includes a revenue producing business in the logistics industry and a consumer app and dealer software being developed for the automotive industry.

TBX Group believes this was the perfect time to acquire FleXyber Solutions, while the company still holds Magnum Flight in development. With the backgrounds of the leadership of TBX Group, which includes John Miller (Former CFO of FedEx), the Company believes it only makes since to have an aviation software product to coincide with the other projects of the company.

FleXyber is designed to continually identify and develop comprehensive software solutions that provide easy to use web-based programs to increase users' productivity, enhance management information, and reduce time and effort from a variety of devices, platforms, and operating systems.

The first launched product from FleXyber shall be Magnum Flight Systems a comprehensive suite designed for all aviation individuals from student pilots to corporate jet owners. Magnum Flight, when fully developed, will provide general and corporate aviation professionals with a simplified and improved process to manage their aviation needs.

TBX Group has been strategically acquiring companies and developing projects which show great promise and provide benefits to the users, while providing a positive future outlook for the Company and its stockholders.
