Training an elite workforce, Mohammed Al-Khayyat of UCC Doha unveils a special development division

DOHA, Qatar - July 25, 2015 - PRLog -- Mr. Mohammed Moataz al-Khayyat, CEO of UrbaCon Contracting and Trading, has said in a report: "we find that specialist subcontractors are becoming very busy and as a consequence unreliable, hence the al-Khayyat Group's strategy to expand on its own heritage and develop in depth resources in all fields."

With regards to skilled labor, Urbacon Trading & Contracting maintains it's heavy investment in human capital through free training and development for its small army of staff. It has a special division for labor training and development at all levels, ranging from ordinary labor to project managers.
