Jim Humphries Expands Colliers Houston Multifamily Team

Jim joins Colliers Southeast Multifamily Advisory Group, which includes Teresa Lowery, Team Founder for Texas and Ron Cameron, Will Mathews, Co-Team Founders for the Southwest, with a footprint in 14 states and $2.7 Billion is multifamily sales since 2011.

Jim has had several years of multifamily real estate experience. Most recently as an analyst with the HFF Houston Multifamily group where he was directly involved in over $6 billion in transactions. In that role, his responsibilities included underwriting and market analysis for both existing and to-be-built acquisitions and dispositions.
