Business and Personal Development Coaches and Consultants Needed

Our clients range from startups, high-level entrepreneurs to corporations. Our founder has been featured in major publications, television shows and speaking platforms. Now we are expanding heavily into corporations and high level growth support and seeking to build a sales staff committed to excellence who can hit the ground running.

This is commission-based position that has limitless potential for the right candidate. Must have confidence and great follow up skills in order to be successful in this role.

Duties include:
-Conduct live one-on-one coaching sessions, VIP day sessions only (training provided)
-Conduct cold calls with prospects (50% leads provided)
-Must be someone who can follow up consistently
-Must be comfortable closing high ticket sales of consulting programs/personal onsite days
-Deliver a professional and motivational welcome to the program, properly explaining our program, and addressing client’s questions throughout their decision making process
-Partner with clients to create goals and develop action plans to achieve them while holding them accountable to their commitments, while encouraging and motivating them towards their goals
-Track critical production numbers that support the clients growth

The successful candidate must have a strong desire and capacity to learn, teach and lead, as well as a desire to help others reach their financial goals.
