Free GreerWalker seminar to discuss benefits, strategies of going global

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Aug. 6, 2015 - PRLog -- The seminar, which will take place at the Crowne Plaza Charlotte Executive Park, will benefit owners and executives looking to expand their business internationally, or those who are already doing so and want to improve on those results. Going global represents the present and future of business: Companies that expand to international markets grow 15 percent faster and are 12 percent more profitable, according to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Six interdisciplinary experts will discuss best practices for going global, including crucial international business expansion strategies from a tax, finance and legal risk-management compliance perspective. The latter includes the importance of developing a compliance program. Speakers will discuss key steps for developing a global business and the interplay between corporate business decisions and tax strategy, including some planning techniques.
