Industrial Physics Acquires Ray-Ran Test Equipment Ltd

NEW CASTLE, Del. - Aug. 7, 2015 - PRLog -- Industrial Physics ROW Holdings, Inc., announced today that it has acquired Ray-Ran Test Equipment Ltd., based in the United Kingdom. Ray-Ran is a global manufacturer of materials testing equipment for the Polymer Industry. Industrial Physics is the parent company of: Testing Machines Inc., USA; CMC Kuhnke, Germany; Messmer Buchel, Netherlands; and FIBRO System AB, Sweden.
