Defender Resorts, Inc. Welcomes Two New Properties

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - Aug. 10, 2015 - PRLog -- Myrtle Beach-based Management Company Defender Resorts, Inc. has been selected by the Board of Directors of South Shore Club in Del Ray Beach, Florida and Cedar Village in Beech Mountain, North Carolina as the new management company.

Defender Resorts, Inc. assumed management duties of South Shore Club on July 1^st, 2015 and Cedar Village on August 1^st, 2015.

“We’ve been trying to expand in both the North Carolina mountains and Florida markets, so adding both of these resorts to our family is the outcome from a long line of hard work and we are excited for the future of these properties,” said Frank Baker, Executive Vice President of Defender Resorts, Inc. “Each of these resorts is unique and has loyal owners who we hope to make very happy.

In addition to adding these two resorts in 2015, Defender Resorts, Inc. also rolled out an extended exchange program called Flex and Beyond, which these two resorts will now get to enjoy the perks.

Defender Resorts, Inc. manages a total of 26 resorts and 28 associations, which span the Eastern Seaboard including Massachusetts, Maryland, Delaware, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Sint Maarten and the Cayman Islands.
