LearningRx For Collins Wins Two Awards at National Convention–Including Franchisee of the Year

FORT COLLINS, Colo. - Aug. 13, 2015 - PRLog -- The LearningRx Fort Collins Brain Training Center was presented with two awards at the company’s national convention held in Colorado Springs, Colorado. They include the 2015 Franchisee of the Year Award, and the 2015 Customer Service Award.

We’re proud to name them as our Franchisee of the Year.” The Fort Collins group has won two large awards in a row. Last year they took home the Acceleration Award as a top center.

The Customer Service Award is given to centers that have shown a strong commitment to customer service.

To determine customer satisfaction, LearningRx uses a 10-point scale and asks clients (or their parents) the likelihood they would recommend LearningRx to a friend.

The 10-point measurement of customer loyalty also works as a system to increase customer satisfaction. LearningRx has used the accountability program to create systemwide profitable growth. Fort Collins has won this award three years in a row.
