Basinait Named "Best Lawyers' 2016 Fort Myers Land Use and Zoning Lawyer of the Year"

Basinait is Chair of Henderson Franklin’s Land Use and Environmental Law Division. He handles matters relating to Developments of Regional Impact (DRI), re-zonings, special exceptions, special permits, variances, comprehensive plan interpretations and amendments, and a host of other land use-related matters. His primary focus is on assisting both local and national developers obtain a wide variety of development entitlements, thus ensuring maximum flexibility for his clients.
