Gloucester, England – Gyroscope.com’s successful Vulcan stove fan is getting a number of improvements for the winter season. The Vulcan stove fan blows heat away from a stove, circulating air which helps warm up all areas of the room/ house.  Very cleverly the fan does not require any batteries or electricity and is self-powered just from the heat of the stove. It utilizes a small, quiet Stirling cycle power plant built into the fan, making it a very eco-friendly.

The Gyroscope.com Gloucester boffins have found a way to increase the airflow by approximately 200%, and after further testing the new model is expect to hit the shelves ready for the winter season. The Vulcan stove fan is sold and dispatch from the firms Gloucester premises and is made in the company’s sister company workshop in Maidenhead.

An attempt to purchase a single toy gyroscope proved to be frustratingly impossible, the only option was to purchase in quantity! Over the next few years we concentrated on bringing together the largest collection of gyroscopes anywhere in the world, some of the items are exclusive to the site.  The company has since expanded to various scientific curiosities and more practical products such the Vulcan stove fan.
