Aerius International Inc. receives Letters of Commitment for $1.5 million from private lender and $250,000 from venture capital firm

ALBANY, N.Y. - Aug. 25, 2015 - PRLog -- Aerius International, Inc. (“Aerius”) (OTCPK:AERS), a wireless product provider, today announced that it has received a Letter of Commitment for $1.5 million from a private lender to purchase a revenue generating commercial real estate property in Arkansas. The class ‘A’ property is currently 60% occupied by tenants in the telecom and media sectors. Aerius will use the balance of the space for offices, research and development and training. The real estate property and telecom equipment will be used to accelerate the company’s revenue growth.

Aerius International Inc. has also secured a commitment of $250,000 from The Movement Group, Inc. (TMG), a venture capital firm. TMG focuses on corporate and business matters, offering a multidisciplinary approach to launching small and midcap companies and maximizing value for shareholders. The board of directors of TMG issued this statement: "The Movement Group, a Nevada Benefit Corporation, is honored to be partnering with Aerius on this deal. Our research and continued manufacturing commitment to creating more health conscious cellular phones is an objective that will silently improve the world we live in."
