Amy Bryson Joins Cavignac & Associates as Employee Benefits Department Account Manager

SAN DIEGO - Sept. 1, 2015 - PRLog -- Amy Bryson has been hired by Cavignac & Associates as an account manager within the agency’s Employee Benefits Department, announced Jeffrey W. Cavignac, CPCU, ARM, RPLU, president and principal of the San Diego-based risk management and commercial insurance brokerage firm.

         Bringing to Cavignac & Associates 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, Bryson will serve as the main point of contact at the agency for her assigned clients, and manage their employee benefits coverage.  Among other things, she will prepare requests for proposals and quotations for new or renewal coverage, plan and conduct open enrollment meetings, assemble presentations and proposals, submit applications and forms to carriers, and meet with clients quarterly to offer support and assistance as might be needed.

         Most recently, Bryson was the senior brokerage manager for Pollakov & Duke Health Insurance Services, Inc., in San Diego, where she was employed for 10 years.  There she managed employee benefits for 40-50 small groups.

         Bryson attended Grossmont College in El Cajon and Whitworth University in Spokane, Wash.  She is currently working toward her Bachelor’s Degree in business management.

         An avid animal lover, she is an active volunteer for the East County Animal Rescue and fosters kittens for the shelter at her home.

         Born and raised in Medford, Ore., Bryson currently resides in the San Diego community of Santee.  She has a 17-year-old daughter, Madison, and a 14-year-old son, Kaleb.  In her leisure time, she can be found riding her horse, Cooper, or riding dirt bikes with her boyfriend and children.
